The site was developed for GT Exhausts in conjunction with Invest Northern Ireland on a Design & Build Basis. The construction was a flagship project for the IDB and has led to increased employment in the Enniskillen area.

The building combined a high specification office development with manufacturing facilities allowing for the functionality of production and distribution. This Industrial unit was designed and built on a fast track basis to achieve the required completion deadline.
