Gallagher Shopping Park, Port Glasgow, is located adjacent to the A8 and overlooks the River Clyde.

The Design & Build project was negotiated by Heron Bros with Ediston Real Estate as part of the Strathclyde Citybuilt Pension Fund Investment to provide a new 90,000 sq ft retail terrace to work towards the completion of the redevelopment of Port Glasgow Waterfront and Town Centre.

Phase one of the project was 45 weeks in duration was completed in August 2016. The 80,000 sq. ft. Terrace A is already occupied by major retailers such as TK Maxx, Aldi, Watt Brothers Ltd and B&M Stores Limited.

Phase two of the project was 26 weeks in duration and achieved Practical Completion in May 2017. The 40,000 sq. ft Terrace B comprises three units, to be occupied by Marks and Spencer, NEXT and Boots. These retailers are now fitting out and the new stores will be open in Autumn 2017.
