Rethinking Construction – Heron Bros. Committed to ‘Soft Landings’

Currently, Heron Bros. are integrating the ‘Soft Landings’ approach into all our projects. As many of our past clients will confirm this is not a new phenomenon, it is a simple extension of our current project pre-completion and aftercare procedures.

Soft Landings ensures Heron Bros. and the project designers remain involved with buildings past practical completion, to support the client and the buildings occupants during the intial months of operation and beyond. This valuable approach helps to fine-tune and de-bug the systems and ensure the occupiers understand how to control and best use their facilities.

Heron Bros. are dedicated to making buildings perform better from day one. Our clients gain added value from the long term operation of the building and achieve tighter environmental performance with the best opportunity for producing zero-carbon buildings that actually meet their design targets on paper and in use.
