At 110,000 sq. ft., it sits proudly next to the existing Kennedy Shopping Centre. The brownfield site was previously used for the production of pre-cast concrete and required extensive groundworks remodelling including a 50,000m³ earthworks dig to form a new basement car park.

We worked closely with the Client’s Design & Fit-out teams to ensure that all key milestones were achieved to allow trading to commence before the crucial Christmas shopping period.
