Best in Modern School Design and Construction, the project consisted of state of the art classrooms, a multi-purpose hall, assembly hall, fitness suite and open plan dining areas.

External works included the construction of Rugby, Football & Cricket Synthetic Pitches, Tennis Courts and an outdoor amphitheater area.

The project was constructed to BREEAM Excellent standards and it is registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme. We recorded a score of 36.5 – “This greenfield construction on a fairly large site continues to appear very well managed. It creates an excellent impression from the site entrance which is controlled by security and a rising barrier. A moving, electronic signboard at the entrance provides safety data/ information. The company/ site have set very high standards in their considerate practices both on the site and towards their neighbours – they “tick all the boxes” and have gone above and beyond the call of duty with a Good Neighbor strategy and a very extensive list of initiatives undertaken”.
