The building works project comprised the construction of a 2400m2 extension to the existing office building to bring it to modern Workplace 2010 Standards.

The four-storey high extension was seamlessly integrated with the existing building and linked with a central in-situ concrete curved staircase. The works also incorporated extensive external works including decorative, streetscape-styled landscaping.
