The latest phase completed in 2010 consisted of a 13.5m high Portal Frame structure cold store enveloped with a ventilated cladding panelling whilst internal insulated panels divide the rooms into fully enclosed chill and cold store areas. Heater mats were sandwiched between the concrete floors to prevent ground freezing.

The project also comprised construction of a new 2 storey office extension and the refurbishment of the existing offices which remained live throughout the contract. Areas of destructive work were carried out over evenings and weekends to facilitate minimal disruption to the client.
