The works comprised the construction of a new bus station including a single storey covered concourse and public toilet area, two storey reception/ office area and two storey vending area/drivers’ area together with boiler room, paved pedestrian areas, bus parking and drainage.

The project incorporated a steel frame with a profiled steel sheeted curved roof. External walls are stone and trespa-clad with large areas of glazing in aluminium frames.
