The buildings were constructed with traditional strip and pad foundations, steel portal frame, with metal deck flooring, slate roofing, extensive curtain walling.

The office developments were completed following the successful bid by Heron Property Ltd. for the Design Build Construction and leasing to Scottish Enterprise’s approved client companies of high spec. office accommodation.
