Heron Bros constructed two new shell retail units providing 20,000 sq ft of retail space. The units are currently occupied by the highest ranking discount retailer in the UK, Home Bargains. In addition to the retail accommodation, the project also included of the provision of all necessary infrastructure, external works, car parking, footpath improvements and mechanical and electrical services.
