The warehouse included a cold store and secure vault.

The construction consisted of traditional strip and pad foundations, a portal steel frame with Kingspan roof and wall cladding, facing brick external walls and extensive mechanical and electrical works.

The external works included substantial movement of earth, retaining walls, the construction of large concrete yards and road ways and associated drainage. Construction was carried out in a live site environment with minimal disruption to the Client. The contract period was 36 weeks and the work was completed on time and within budget.
