Heron Bros Ltd is delighted to be working with our client The Belfast Harbour Commissioners at our City Quays 1 (CQ1) project.  CQ1, which is part of a £250m regeneration development of ex-shipping land, will provide the city of Belfast with 6,408m2 of “Grade A” office space.

Works are progressing well on site with all concrete works now completed.  Glazing and curtain walling is 50% complete while rain screen cladding is ongoing to all areas.  External works including the carpark area is being carried out while internal fit out and M&E has commenced to the landlord and core areas.  The project is due for handover early 2015.
