Phase 1 – Provision of new car park.

Phase 2 – Construction of new 2,300m² Supervalue Supermarket.

Phase 3 – Demolition of existing supermarket and construction of new petrol forecourt.

Phase 4 – Construction of new 550m² bulky goods store.
