The project comprised the construction of a 16 bed Regional Secure Care Facility for Young People which incorporates Educational, Drama and Administration Facilities together with an Indoor Sports Hall and Outdoor Recreation and Creative Expression areas.

This project was Overall Winner of the 2006 CEF Construction Excellence Award, and Winner of the Green Apple Built Environment Category 2007 for Environmental Buildings.
