This project involved an extension to two units existing retails units within the Oaks Shopping Centre. The works comprised of minor demolition/breaking out, bored piled foundations, steel frame, concrete floor slab, block walls, cladding along with all associated external works and drainage.

Current Tenants include: Post Office, Semichem and Funky Monkeys
