This signature £5.4m project comprised the construction of a new five storey office building specifically to provide accommodation for the Information Technology Market. It included extensive ground remediation of a Brownfield site including vibro compaction, a structural steel frame, aluminium curtain walling together with wall cladding, Trocal roof coverings, plastered blockwork walls, mechanical, electrical and lift installations.

Floor plates were left as a Developers shell specification to accommodate individual fit-outs. We negotiated and completed all fit out works including raised access flooring, carpet and additional mechanical and electrical installations.
