The building fulfils the requirements as set out by “Secure By Design” and Eco Homes.

It comprises of 46 self contained bed-sits each having: a sitting area, kitchenette, bedroom area and bathroom with communal sitting rooms, dining facilities and conservatories. Other facilities include library, laundry building and hairdressing salon.
