Heron Bros Ltd is delighted to be working once again with O’Neills Irish International Sports Co. to deliver a new 1,600m2 factory extension at their 12 acre Strabane facility. 

The new extension is part of £3million investment that will create 60 new jobs and will bring the total employed in the company to more than 400.  O’Neills design, manufacture and sell sports and leisure wear for gaelic, rugby, soccer, cricket, boxing, hockey and athletics.

Building work started mid-January and is progressing well with the steel portal frame erected last week. Works are being completed within a live and operational factory environment so the Heron Bros. project team is working closely with stakeholders to minimize any impact while ensuring programme and quality is maintained at all times.
