The Facilities Management Department was established in 2006 as a subsidiary division of Heron Bros. Ltd. and is controlled from our head office in Draperstown.

This recently established department has expanded rapidly now employing Chartered Building/Quantity Surveyors, specialist administration staff, project managers and experienced site operatives.

The department specialises in facilities management, insurance building repairs, NHBC building repairs, planned and preventative maintenance, refurbishments, minor works and dilapidation repairs. Our employees are experienced in surveying, contract administration and carrying out work in various sectors ranging from occupied domestic premises to disused industrial warehouses.

Due to the geographical location of our head office and province wide based personnel, Heron Bros. Facilities Management successfully serves Northern Ireland and the southern border counties.

Customer service is central to all aspects of our department. Procedures include customer introduction packs, courtesy calls, customer satisfaction forms and customer satisfaction surveys assisting the departments drive for continuous monitoring and improvement on performance.
