The building used traditional construction methods to provide a mixture of one and two bedroom apartments including disabled units. Facilities available include residents communal kitchens, common rooms, laundry and hairdressing salon.

The external envelope was designed and constructed to blend in with its surroundings and Windows and screens are double glazed and met with all Secure by Design Requirements.
