The site was a confined brownfield site close to the water’s edge with extensive piled foundation design and ground water mitigation requirements. This development comprised the construction of 31 river front apartments and several retail units to include a KFC, Smyth’s Toys and Energise Fitness Club (formerly Fitness First).
