The area is sealed with oil resistant materials and is drained by over ground pumping systems.

A 1000m2 gantry yard area and parking was also constructed for the filling and distribution of the fuels by tanker lorries.

A 5000 sq. ft. high spec. two storey office block was also erected on site.
