The buildings were constructed on a Brownfield site that required environmental remediation before foundations could commence. A traditional steel frame construction is used to provide open plan flexibility.

The external shell comprises curtain walling, Kingspan cladding at first floor level with coloured sto render at ground floor level. Associated siteworks included ample parking within a secure enclosure.
