ISO 9001 Certification

ISO 9001 Certification is the internationally recognised standard for an organisation’s internal quality management. This refers to what action a company is taking to ensure that its products or services satisfy its customers’ quality requirements and that it complies with all regulations applicable to those products or services.

Environmental

ISO 14001 Certification

ISO 14001 is an internationally recognised standard for an organisation’s management of environmental issues. It confirms that a company has a responsible approach to its impact on the environment and is taking appropriate action to measure and improve its environmental performance.

Health & Safety

BS OHSAS 18001 Certification

BS OHSAS 18001 is an internationally recognised standard for an organisation’s management of health and safety within their company. A third party accredited assessment of all health and safety procedures takes place. It confirms that a company has a responsible approach to Health and Safety within the Workplace.

Safe-T-Cert

Safe-T-Cert is a third party accredited health and safety scheme developed jointly by the Construction Employers Federation in Belfast and the Construction Industry Federation in Dublin. 
It was developed from the 18001/2 documentation but enhanced specifically for the construction industry. It is based on ‘best practice’ requirements for international and national bodies, including ILO guidelines. Safe-T-Cert is recognised under the ‘Buildsafe’ initiative in Northern Ireland and the ‘Construction Safety Partnership’ in the Republic of Ireland.

In Februrary 2011 Heron Bros. Ltd. achieved an A Grade, the highest score that can be awarded to any company.

 

Chas - Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme

CHAS is established market leader for Health & Safety pre-qualification in the UK. It assesses the health and safety of our company and confirms our competence under the CDM 2007 regulations.
